Jeff Petrie is one EA who knows all too well about why stepping outside of a comfort zone is critical to career success. Jeff has had a colourful career to date, and took a chance that changed the direction of his life.
Two years ago he completely changed careers from being in television production to taking the role as Assistant to the CEO, Health Hawke’s Bay. While Jeff describes being an EA as the ‘most rewarding but most demanding job’ he has ever had, he credits getting to where he is today by embracing risks and not being afraid of the unknown.

Paul de Gelder is an exceptional young man.  After losing two limbs in an attack by a bull shark while on a Navy training mission in Sydney Harbour, Paul will be taking part in EA PA Sydney 2016 to share  his incredible motivation and fortitude in coming to grips with his new life and how the attack led him on his current life path to motivate and inspire people across the globe.
