Larissa Auditore is the winner of the 2014 Executive PA Magazine ‘PA of the Year’ Award.

She is an accomplished Executive Assistant with 15 years experience in the financial services and legal industries. She is self-motivated and has a strong commitment to the goals of the business and assists in the achievement of those goals by providing outstanding executive support.

Larissa believes that Executive Assistants who see their role as a partnership are often in the best position to broaden their skills and grow their career.

She is adaptable and is able to demonstrate flexibility in the face of change and is able to manage multiple conflicting priorities. She is highly organised in terms of time management, space management and task management. She is proactive at anticipating the needs of the Chief Executive Officer and utilises her analytical skills and broad understanding of the business to effectively interpret these. Larissa has an awareness of fundamental business principles as well as an understanding of the overall insurance industry. She is a team player and exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction.

Larissa has been awarded the Dux of the Law Society of New South Wales for the Legal Secretarial Training Program and has achieved the Gold, Silver and Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Awards in Australia.

When she is not behind her desk, Larissa enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband and two young children exploring the country in their caravan or undertaking charitable work with Autism Spectrum Australia.
